00:34:14 Danielle Erdley (she/her): We are thinking of starting a summer music camp and something like this would be perfect. Can you point towards some resources for similar pieces?
00:35:11 Tammy Freeman: Tammy Waldrop has several similar pieces.
00:35:22 Danielle Erdley (she/her): Thank you!
00:36:08 Cheryl Ulmer: I did this piece several times years ago! I must’ve loaned it to some other church. I need to either find it or re-order it. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
00:36:35 Marie Clyatt-Larson: Charlotte Herbstsomer is teaching a class at National Seminar all about using children’s literature with chimes
00:37:02 Danielle Erdley (she/her): Reacted to “Charlotte Herbstsome…” with ❤️
00:37:40 Erik: where/when within a service would you use a contemplative peal? before or after a prayer?
00:39:07 Danielle Erdley (she/her): During our Longest Night service before Christmas, we have a candle lighting rite, and the piano plays between each prayer while the candle is lit, but I could see this in place of the piano
00:40:18 Marie Clyatt-Larson: oh that’s a lovely idea
00:42:18 Carrie Coenen: It looks like that could be done on a bell tree
00:42:52 Marie Clyatt-Larson: yes, that could work too
00:48:43 Erik: have you used random ring?
00:52:14 Erik: yes, thank you

00:54:56 McCartin: Adding bells to choir presentations?
00:57:16 Leslie: I’m looking for a VERY simple joyous peal, 6 players, for a mortgage burning. Suggestions?
00:57:20 Denise Baustian: I have used The Carol of the Bells as a processional/introduction to the bell solo timing it so I would get to the table as the as the othjer bells came in.
00:58:18 Carrie Coenen: There were lots of ideas for All Saints Day on the Facebook Handbell People group
01:01:08 Danielle Erdley (she/her): Thank you so much for sharing these ideas with us!
